The 151 Slater Street Redevelopment is at the intersection of Slater Street and O’Connor Street. The transformation of the existing 12 storey building brings an exciting, contemporary visual aesthetic as well as a high value tenant to the City of Ottawa’s downtown core.

The two-storey podium animates the corner with its glass facade and approachable scale. Three glass canopies at the entrance protect and demark the new multi-storey lobby. A sleek aluminum blade traces the perimeter of the third floor terrace creating a visual termination of the podium while providing additional protection from the elements for pedestrians below. The tower rises out of the third floor landscaped terrace with its refreshed glazed skin.
