David Bull, OAA, MRAIC
Vice President, Senior Project Architect
Since joining Edward J. Cuhaci and Associates Architects Inc. in 1983, David Bull has been the Project Manager and Project Architect for many high technology, corporate, industrial, and institutional projects. David is also responsible for overseeing contract administration and quality control. He specializes in the management of projects with fast-track construction schedules and innovative project delivery methods. He also offers expertise in the design and implementation of energy-efficient building technology. David is the Firm’s Senior Laboratory Design Expert and, most recently, completed the design of a large bio-safety, “Level 3” laboratory for the University of Ottawa. He works closely with scientists and faculty to ensure comprehensive planning and design solutions are achieved. He is very familiar with programming, design and project management of high quality corporate offices as well as continuing care seniors' supportive housing.
