Federal Government Offices - Programming and Concept Design

Edward J. Cuhaci and Associates Architects Inc. (EJC), was retained by a Canadian Federal Government Agency client to provide professional services for a Concept Design for a consolidation of Corporate Services and Activity Based Working (ABW) Environment in one of their existing office buildings.

The Vision of this building is to be a Carbon Neutral Office Building which houses office space for employees, a conference centre type function for the Agency's use, cafeteria space, as well as storage, data centre and fitness facilities.

Features of the project include: a Public Access floor with cafeteria and conference facilities, office accommodation including collaboration spaces, individual and un-assigned workstations, and accessibility upgrades.
